Order Processing and Shipment

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, we strive to process all orders within 12 to 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests once your order has been dispatched from our facility or if the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours after placing the order.

Delivery Timeframe

Expect delivery to most parts of India within 2-5 working days.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping for all prepaid orders and a nominal ₹25 cash-on-delivery handling fee for orders paid via cash on delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
